Whether on-campus or off, Student Financial Services wants to help you understand the financial policies and processes at Andrews while helping you make informed financial decisions. Applicants from outside the United States are required to supply support for sponsorships together with three months of bank documentation for all personal & family funds. These documents should prove financial ability to sustain educational expenses for the duration of the educational program, prior to the issuance of the I-20 form, to secure a U.S. student visa. Additionally, international students, excluding those from Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada and Mexico (graduate and undergraduate), are required to remit a $9,100 advance payment* for the first semester.
- $3,000 of the $9,100 will be held as a deposit in an interest-bearing account until program is completed or student withdraws.

The deposit may be used to cover educational expenses for the last semester of enrollment.
- A registration hold will be placed on your account when deposit is released. Deposit will need to be repaid before enrolling in another semester.
- Deposit may be refunded if account is paid. Unless authorized, deposit will be refunded to payer.
- If you do not attend, deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.
- $100 is posted to the student account as a non-refundable new student International fee.
- $6,000 will post to student account as down payment for first semester.
- *All international students who apply for the MDiv or CIEP program must only pay for the first semester (tuition, general fee, health insurance, and $3,100 deposit) before an I-20 will be issued.
- Full semester expenses less any scholarships & discounts will be due prior to registration.
- Non-CIEP tuition is calculated at the normal per credit rate for undergraduate or graduate classes.
- The maximum a CIEP student will be charged is the normal tuition charge of his or her respective program.
In addition to regular tuition & fees, on campus international students must provide the following information:
- Academic acceptance into your program of study
- Balanced estimated budget sheet
- Support for all personal funds and/or sponsorships (bank statement or letter of sponsorship)
- Current bank documentation (no older then three months)
- $9,100 advance payment (excluding students from Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada and Mexico)
- Copy of Passport
